MARS ASSOCIATES was firstly run by Mr. Rasel Shek in 2012 as a practitioner of Income Tax & Company Law Advisor. As he was the Founder & Chief Consultant of Mars Associates, he was running the firm successfully. In early 2015 Mr. Md. Kamruzzaman had joined Mars Associates as a Consultant, Tax & VAT and in 2021 Mr. Din Mohammad Salim had joined as a CEO for Providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the firm and will closely coordinate and work with the consultants and senior leadership team. Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal function and performance. For the last couple of years, the firm has been formed to provide inimitable client services and has grown considerably to be able to provide top-class client services.

Our Mission is to develop the concept of Income Tax & Company Law and Try to engage the people of Bangladesh to be part of the development. We work for the benefits of people by sharing our expert’s knowledge.
